All products are custom made-to-order
All sales are final - no returns, exchanges, refunds, or chargebacks.
All delivery dates are an estimate based on the date and time of order confirmation. Please refer to your Sales Order for an estimated delivery time. Decker Sports does not compensate for orders delivered after the estimated delivery date.
You have reviewed all manual inputs (spelling, sizes, jersey numbers). Once the order is confirmed, changes to sizes, name spelling, and numbers input on the order are not possible. Decker Sports is not responsible for incorrect information input by the customer.
The order will not go to production until full payment is received.
The order will not be shipped to the customer until all products are ready to ship. Decker Sports will not split the order into multiple shipments. Requests by the customer to split an order into multiple shipments may result in additional shipping charges to the customer.
Custom Product designs are dictated and approved by the team organization, not by Decker Sports. Decker Sports does not compensate for dissatisfaction regarding a custom product design or perceived quality once the custom product has been approved by the team organization. Any disputes regarding design, color, or material should be taken up with the organization.
